Enter comma-separated values in seconds. Example: 30,20,30,20 for work/rest intervals
Series Mode Examples:
  • HIIT: 45,15,45,15,45,15 (45s work, 15s rest)
  • Tabata: 20,10,20,10,20,10,20,10 (20s work, 10s rest)
  • WOD: 300,300,300,300,300,300 (5min work, 6 series)
  • Custom: 60,30,90,30 (mixed intervals)
